After trying 4 brands of pistachio cream as well as making my own, I recommend PEPPERTUX brand vegan pistachio cream (no aritificial flavors/colors, no soy, no milk, no refinded sugar & no palm oil). I am not an affiliate.

After trying 5 brands of (frozen) kataifi, I recommend a Middle Eastern (such as Ziyad) vs. a Greek brand. As this yields a much crunchier texture and are typically made without GMO ingredients. I am not an affiliate.
