What is this?

The No More Boring Cakes converted horse trailer is a bakery storefront/farm stand in Vista. I bake on Sundays and Wednesdays, offering 2 flash sales a week. The horse trailer is self-serve and open 4 days a week. The best thing is to pre-order your baked goods on Hotplate. This guarantees that you will find your item waiting for you when you arrive. If you don't pre-order, I typically bake extras to offer pop-ins on a first come, first serve basis. You will find a whiteboard when you arrive with the current stock (I ask that you make adjustments if you purchase an extra items).

When are baked goods available?

Pre-order menu is dropped several weeks in advance on my hotplate platform. Pickup or delivery days are Monday/Tuesday and Thursday/Friday 8am-6pm.

How many items are available?

Baked goods are sold in limited quantities - preorders are highly recommended, although I do typically bake some EXTRAS per flash sale. These are posted in the Facebook group.

How do I pay?

Pre-orders can be paid on my hotplate platform. If you need to pay by cash, please shoot me a text to reserve your baked goods 760-484-1818.

Where do I pick up?

Conveniently located right off the 78 freeway. 521 Edna Way - Vista, 92081. Items are typically stored in the three refrigerators in the horse trailer.

What else is available aside from baked goods?

I always have farm fresh organic eggs available to purchase. Along with items such as simmer pots, cake batter pancake mix, edible glitter pure maple syrup and more!

Do you offer an allergy friendly option?

No, I will not be offering any gluten-free/sugar-free/keto/etc. options. The particular type of health permit that I operate under only allows specific ingredients and preparation & catering to this niche is not my business model.
