After moving out of my last commercial space, I set out to create a bakery storefront to sell baked goods out of, as well as a pickup location for custom cakes. The goal was to open a spot on my property to provide my customers with a fun experience while saving money on renting another commercial space.

I purchased a VERY run down 1970's Linville horse trailer. My son & I spent 6 months and just over 200 hours converting it into what it is today.

​

The horse trailer is becoming a fun destination to all who visit. It is setup to be self-serve, so you can feel free to come and go as you please between 8am-5pm MON/TUES/TH/FRI.

Baked goods are freshly made on Sundays (for Monday/Tuesday) and on Wednesday (for Thursday/Friday). It's best to pre-order your baked goods, but I also make extras and have those available on a first come, first serve basis.

There are always organic pasture raised farm fresh eggs in the horse trailer (I have my permit to sell eggs through the state of California). Along with other items, such as simmer pots, cake batter pancake mix, edible glitter maple syrup and more that I rotate monthly.
